I downloaded the spatial toolbox but the camera doesn’t show anything but a grey screen - see pic attached.
I’m using an iPhone 6 on OS 12.4.5
Already tried reinstalling and still no joy. Any ideas? Would love to start testing the possibilities.

I could trace down the issue. We do require certain device tracking capability that are available starting iPhone 6s. So this is our entry level phone. Unfortunately your phone does not have these capabilities.
